Current Openings
🩺 Home Care Aides / Personal Care Assistants
Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility), meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship.
Requirements: Compassionate, reliable, good communication skills, valid driver's license and vehicle preferred (but not always required), clean background check.
Schedule: Flexible shifts available (hourly, overnight, live-in).
🤝 Companion Caregivers
Responsibilities: Provide companionship, conversation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, errands, and social engagement activities.
Requirements: Friendly, dependable, good listener, comfortable with seniors, reliable transportation preferred.
Schedule: Part-time and full-time positions available.
🧠 Dementia Care Specialists
Responsibilities: Provide specialized care for clients with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Use person-centered approaches, redirection, and calming techniques.
Requirements: Previous dementia care experience preferred, patience, excellent communication skills, certification or training in memory care is a plus.
Schedule: All shifts available.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Pass a criminal background check and abuse registry clearances
- Reliable and punctual
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Ability to follow instructions and care plans
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Physically able to assist with transfers, lifting (up to 50 lbs with assistance), and mobility support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience
- CNA, HHA, PCA, or other certifications
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Dementia or Alzheimer's care training
- High school diploma or GED
